Process under vaccum. At room temperature, mix phase A under stiring. Add phase B under stirring, Keep stirring until homogeneous. Add phase C under stirring, Keep stirring until homogeneous. Phase D: Neutralize the blend ABC with NaOH to a minimum pH 6.5. Phase E: Add remaining surfactant of Phase E while stiring with a moderate speed to the blend ABCD. Phase F1: Premix the gel and add it to the blend ABCD. Add one by one the ingredients of phase F to the blend ABCDEF1 while stirring. Keep stirring until homogeneous Add the ingredient of phase G while stiring with a moderate speed. Keep stirring until homogeneous.
